As a Program Manager II within PNC's Private Bank organization, you may be based in Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Charlotte, NC or Cleveland, OH.Strategic Advisory Solutions (SAS) provides specialized advice, planning expertise, fiduciary solutions, and Business Owner Solutions that support the Private Bank's growth strategy. The Strategy Execution Manager will lead the interconnected work required to advance the SAS strategy and align SAS delivery with the Private Bank Target Operating Model and help to develop the teams, talent, resources and operating practices that allow specialized advice to scale.Preferred Skills & Experience:Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution and adoption.Strong experience translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and operational results.Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Skilled at building alignment and influencing decisions across senior leaders, business partners, and functional teams.Experience designing and implementing new operating models, service delivery frameworks, shared resources, or scalable business processes.Exceptional program and project management capabilities with a track record of driving accountability and delivering results.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including delivering concise, decision-oriented updates to leadership.Experience developing talent through coaching, mentoring, experiential learning, and business-led development opportunities.Proven ability to lead and develop program management professionals and high-performing teams.Ability to create scalable solutions that improve advisor effectiveness, operational efficiency, and client service delivery.Experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, professional services, or a related advisory environment preferred.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
