Job Position: Assembler Job Type: Full-Time Location: Mitchell, SD 57301 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. Job Summary: Monday-Friday | 7:30AM - 4:00PM Description: We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling custom automated production equipment and electrical subassemblies using engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

- Assemble toner cartridges according to company standards and specifications.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools, machinery, and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Inspect components and finished products for quality and ensure they meet required standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams for assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or issues in the assembly process to supervisors.
- Must have prior manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
- Physical ability to stand, and lift components as required during shifts.
- Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
