Project Manager

The Project Manager drives execution of key operational initiatives by aligning priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent delivery against business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead operational initiatives from kickoff through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities Build and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements Translate leadership objectives into clear project scopes, deliverables, and measurable success criteria Partner with functional leaders (e.g., sales, finance, operations) to align priorities and drive execution Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates, facilitating decision-making, and addressing concerns proactively Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and adjust plans to address risks, delays, or scope changes Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and consistency Establish and enforce project standards, templates, and workflows to improve execution across teams Document processes, systems, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and long-term operational stability Lead change management efforts, including communication plans, training coordination, and adoption tracking for new processes or tools Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed to support project delivery Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field 3-7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines Strong experience translating high-level goals into structured plans, workflows, and execution frameworks Proven track record of driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable systems Advanced organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through in complex, fast-paced environments Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across different levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Asana, Monday.com, Jira) Familiarity with change management principles and operational best practices PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Andrews & Cole, LLC
