Our Assistant Manager will play an essential role in establishing an exciting and unforgettable dining adventure that will keep our guests coming back time and time again. The Manager will ensure their team executes stellar customer service at all times, will set high standards for service and hospitality and will act as an ambassador for our brand in and outside of the restaurant. This role will assist in managing liquor and food costs and inventory, will provide knowledge, guidance and training to the staff, and will address and resolve customer complaints quickly and always with a smile!

Reporting to our General Manager, the Assistant Manager will assist recruiting, staffing, and scheduling issues and should have the following:

• one to two years full service, casual dining restaurant management experience
• High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid relationship management and performance management skills
• Ability to motivate and direct team members and work effectively in management team

When on duty, the Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all functions of the restaurant during opening, mid or closing shifts. Key responsibilities include managing, supervising, and training restaurant team members and ensuring a Gold Standard guest experience.
