Automotive Service General Manager | Top Shop in Town | $200k+ Compensation
Compensation: $200,000 to $300,000 (amount includes base + production bonus)
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-performing auto repair facility in Waldorf, MD. This is a full leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, coach your team, and drive results in customer service and sales.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HAMMER! MUST BE ABLE TO LEAD A SHOP THAT DOES OVER $600,000/month IN SALES!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop service advisors and technicians
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, control costs, and grow revenue
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of automotive service or shop management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and performance
