Home Stager/ Stylist Union City, CA, US Salary Range: $33.65 To $45.00 Hourly This position is for a home stager/stylist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in staging designs. The ideal candidate to join our growing home staging company is a creative problem solver with experience of being hands on and has worked in all aspects of the design phase, from initial design to implementation. We are located in Union City, but serve clients throughout the bay area. Requirements: Prefer to have at least 3 years of useful on the job experience that relates to home staging/design. Self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment, works well under pressure, and effectively meet deadlines. Actively be involved with the installation and design of each staging job with duties that involves but not limited to packing, lifting, & unpacking accessories and art placement & hanging. Be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to multi-task and coordinate with team member with installations and removals. Must possess a good eye for various designs and attention to details, interested and/or experienced in interiors, art or decorating. Select and pull together inventory from our large warehouse that will fit the specifications of a given project. Works well independently and with other team members/lead designers to create custom and cohesive designs specific to the unique character and specific architecture of each home we stage. Adaptable and flexible, enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction. Must have excellent customer service skills, strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Experience working on multiple projects. Excellent time management skills, hardworking, punctual, dependable, proactive, can do attitude, quick learner, and goal oriented.
