Job Summary
Home Healthcare Therapy Assistant, Sacramento Area This position involves providing physical therapy assistance in a home health setting within the greater Sacramento county area. The role requires working with a diverse patient population across cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric diagnoses, supporting patient recovery and independence.

Job Details

• Position Description: Home health setting for physical therapy assistant, covering the greater Sacramento area, with a focus on treating a variety of diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (AHA); 2 years of experience; License to Submit; minimum 2 years of experience.
• Schedule: 8-hour days, 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any facility associated with the organization, including CHI or Dignity, within the past year. New graduates with less than 6 months of experience may be considered only in extreme cases. Mileage is reimbursed at the GSA rate with prior approval. The assignment includes a guaranteed number of hours, with flexibility for up to 4 shift cancellations per 13-week period or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.
• Submission Requirements: Copy of drivers license is needed at the time of submittal to validate legal name. Candidates must submit as required.
