These positions require speed, accuracy, and the ability to stand for long periods.Key Responsibilities & QualificationsProduce & Item Prep: Washing, cutting, and portioning produce, preparing salads, wraps, and fruit cups while adhering to allergen protocols especially when handling eggs and strawberries.Inventory/Safety: Following, storing, and rotating products while adhering to strict food safety guidelines.Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate high cleanliness standards.Prep positions are ideal for those who prefer working in a fast-paced kitchen, often finding it less mentally stressful than front-of-house (FOH) roles.
