Foreman

M-Line General Contractor is looking for an experienced and dependable Foreman to join our growing team. M-Line specializes in wet utility installation and repair , providing full-scope utility services for infrastructure, site development, and public and private construction projects. Position: Foreman NOW HIRING: FOREMAN The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating crews, maintaining jobsite safety, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and according to plans and specifications. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate field crews and subcontractors Oversee daily wet utility construction activities Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and utility drawings Ensure work is completed accurately and according to project requirements Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, engineers, and other contractors Monitor jobsite safety and ensure all safety procedures are followed Assist with scheduling manpower, materials, and equipment Identify and address jobsite issues as they arise Maintain productivity and quality standards Complete daily reports and communicate project updates Train and provide direction to crew members as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a construction or utility Foreman Experience with water, sewer, storm drain, or other wet utility construction Ability to read and understand construction plans Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of proper trenching, excavation, and jobsite safety procedures OSHA/Safety training is a plus Valid driver's license Experience in wet utilities is strongly preferred.
