About the Role
The Company is in search of a Temp Executive Director, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer to oversee a comprehensive portfolio of non-clinical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and ensuring the delivery of services such as building engineering and maintenance, strategic finance, financial accounting, infrastructure delivery, digital and information services, procurement, contracts, supply, support services, and performance analysis. This role is pivotal in aligning and delivering these services in accordance with the strategic and business plans of the organization, with a strong focus on improving the health and well-being of the community. Applicants for this executive position must have a proven track record of significant senior leadership experience at an executive level, managing multi-disciplinary programs and diverse work units. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with executive and leadership groups, as well as healthcare teams. Experience as an executive leader in strategic and operational financial management within a complex health environment is essential. The ideal candidate will hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and be a member of a recognized accounting professional body. The position demands a strategic thinker who can contribute to the broad agenda of the organization, particularly in the delivery of safe and equitable health services.
