Project Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager to lead procurement and sourcing initiatives across all Marketing spend categories. This role will be responsible for developing category strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating supplier agreements, and driving procurement best practices that support business objectives.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and marketing procurement, with expertise across creative, media, production, branding, and marketing technology vendors. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders to optimize spend, improve processes, and deliver measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & Category ManagementDevelop and execute sourcing strategies across marketing-related spend categories.Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for savings, efficiency, and process improvements.Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including:Category assessment and strategy developmentRequirements gatheringRFP development and vendor selectionContract negotiationsSupplier onboarding and transition planningEnsure sourcing activities maintain a competitive environment and deliver budgeted savings targets.Represent the organization in interactions with external suppliers and strategic partners.Stakeholder PartnershipBuild strong relationships with key business stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional leaders to define category strategies and procurement priorities.Provide guidance and recommendations that align sourcing initiatives with organizational goals. Team Development & LeadershipCoach and support team members on sourcing projects and procurement best practices.Provide targeted feedback, project guidance, and professional development opportunities.Promote knowledge sharing, cross-training, innovation, and process compliance.Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain sourcing roadmaps that align resources with business priorities.Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Execute comprehensive plans to ensure sourcing commitments are achieved. Reporting & Performance ManagementDevelop and enhance procurement dashboards and reporting tools.Track category performance against budget commitments and savings objectives.Conduct category audits and provide performance updates to leadership.
