The purpose of a Bakery Training Specialist is to support our bakers - the foundation of our business. In addition to supporting our bakers, this position will also support the retail managers and associates in the area. This hourly position will assist in the following staffing and training of bakers within assigned territory, product quality (including audits), communication with caf management teams, food safety and sanitation, baker relations, complete administration of new baker training and MIT baking training, the rollout and training of any/all new baked products as well as various projects.
Experience as a Panera Bread Shift Supervisor or Certified Baker with at least six (6) months Panera Bread experience, ability to travel within franchise territory, valid driver's license and insurance, flexible schedule, ability to work independently, superior knowledge of Panera Bread and HBG baking standards.
