Yard Loader (Industrial Forklift Operator) – Overnight Shift

Muncy, PA

Position Title: Yard Loader (Industrial Forklift Operator)

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Yard Loader to join our overnight team. In this role, you will operate a large industrial forklift to load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the yard and production areas. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Operate large industrial forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate production machinery in accordance with company procedures.
• Use hand tools and power tools as needed to support production and yard operations.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation.
• Keep the yard, warehouse, and work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist customers, drivers, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and shipment schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muncy, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
