This leader is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational backbone of HR, ensuring that employees around the world receive fast, accurate, and consistent support. As PXI accelerates digital transformation across HR, this role is essential to modernizing core processes, deploying automation and AI, and enabling a more intuitive, self‑service–first experience for employees and managers.Lead global HR service delivery across self‑service (Tier 0), service center operations (Tier 1), and specialized HR services (Tier 2).Establish globally consistent processes, SLAs, policies, and service standards.Redesign high‑volume employee journeys such as onboarding, job/data changes, leave, and off-boarding through persona based designImprove employee experience through automation, intuitive workflows, and enhanced self‑service.Drive use of conversational AI, intelligent case routing, AI‑powered knowledge search, and workflow automation.Identify and eliminate manual work to reduce case volume and improve efficiency.Partner with HR Technology and IT to advance ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, Scout, and key integrations.Define and manage KPIs, dashboards, and operational rhythms.Lead governance for knowledge management, case management, and process ownership.Build and develop global teams and vendor partners to ensure capability, quality, and scale.Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years leading HR Shared Services, Employee Services, HR Operations, or Global People Services functions.Experience leading global HR service delivery across self-service, service center, and specialized HR support models.Proven success developing and implementing globally consistent HR processes, policies, service standards, and SLAs.Experience managing HR service delivery in a multinational organization supporting employees across multiple regions.Demonstrated experience leading large-scale HR process transformation initiatives.Experience managing and developing geographically distributed teams and external service providers.Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar platforms.Experience using HR metrics, dashboards, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.Experience leading HR Shared Services in a high-growth technology, semiconductor, or engineering-focused organization.Proven track record implementing AI-powered HR solutions, including conversational AI, intelligent case routing, knowledge management, or workflow automation.Experience designing employee-centric service experiences using journey mapping, design thinking, and persona-based approaches.Deep understanding of HR operating models and tiered service delivery frameworks (Tier 0, Tier 1, Tier 2).Experience partnering closely with HR Technology, Digital HR, and IT organizations.Demonstrated success reducing case volume, improving self-service adoption, and increasing employee satisfaction.Experience leading global vendor relationships and outsourced service operations.Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or continuous improvement certification preferred.Expected Base Pay Range (USD)151,660 - 227,200, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions. This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
