Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and development
Role Functions and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support academic and social growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports
- Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to student needs
- Provide education and support to families and faculty regarding communication strategies
