We are looking for reliable, compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs to care for residents in promoting the highest possible quality of life and care. Our ideal candidate will be one who is experienced in an autonomous fast paced environment and thrives off of meeting the needs of their residents.

Responsibilities

• Ability to document related information in residents medical record
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Observe patients under to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
• Monitor patients condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts
• Assist residents in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patient and patients family to update on condition

Qualifications

• Licensed as a LPN or RN in good standing in required state
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Schedule flexibility
• Understanding of confidentiality, HIPPA and nursing best practices
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop and lift throughout entirety of shift
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
