Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients physical, emotional, and developmental needs to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

  Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to enhance motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and coping strategies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid and current license as an Occupational Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Possess relevant experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
