Job Description

A vehicle parts manufacturing company in Hodgenville, Kentucky, is hiring a Quality Coordinator. The Quality Coordinator supports daily quality operations by inspecting products, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications, ISO 9001 standards, and company quality requirements. This role works closely with Production and Maintenance to identify quality issues, maintain accurate records, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect products and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform equipment calibrations and verify the accuracy of inspection tools and measuring devices
• Identify, document, and help contain nonconforming products
• Maintain quality, inspection, and traceability records in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Partner with Production and Maintenance to resolve quality concerns and reduce scrap
• Monitor compliance with quality procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate quality issues and inspection results with the Quality Manager and production teams

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of manufacturing quality experience
• Experience with ISO 9001 or a quality management system
• Proficiency using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges, and other inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Basic computer, math, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Able to train on 1st shift
• M ust be able to pass a pre-employment screening , including drug and background checks

The base salary range for this position is $25/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
