RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and patient care in a healthcare setting Develop and implement nursing care plans and ensure adherence to quality standards Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families Qualifications Valid nursing license in the state of employment Proven experience as a nursing supervisor or similar role In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with occupational health and family planning services is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
