Each day, you interpret and apply federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations while creating a seamless, student-focused experience. You prepare and manage all grant and loan documentation, counsel Future Professionals and their families on eligibility and options, and ensure compliance through regular file inspections. As you support admissions and daily operations, you also lead with integrity-handling sensitive financial information with care while staying organized, meeting deadlines, and keeping your team focused and aligned in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor 's degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role requiredStrong computer and data entry skillsAbility to multitask and coach othersExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsSolid work history with verifiable referencesPassion for the beauty industryHonesty and professionalismKnowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.WHEN WILL YOU WORK?This position typically follows a full-time schedule, with hours based on the operational needs of the school and the admissions cycle. READY TO APPLY?If you're ready to take on a leadership role that truly makes a difference, we want to hear from you!
