Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Brockton, Massachusetts.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: OR - Operating Room\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 5x8hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Aug 24, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 2\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2+ years of circulating experience and an active MA RN license.Details\n \n Work in the Operating Room at a hospital surgery center and main OR\n Ambulatory case types may include sports medicine, ENT, GYN, GU, ophthalmology, plastics, general, oral, and minor vascular procedures\n 40-hour work week on a D/E rotation with 5x8-hour shifts\n Shift start times vary between 6:30a, 9a, and 11a depending on departmental needs\n No weekends, major holidays, or on-call required\n Must be willing to float between the Surgery Center and Main OR based on volume\n Requirements\n \n Active MA RN license required\n BLS certification required\n CNOR certification preferred\n Minimum 2 years of OR experience circulating required\n Scrub experience strongly preferred\n Must pass Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Test A or B\n Two professional references required, including one at the manager level with a performance evaluation completed within the last 12 months\n Valid, non-expired driver's license required for consideration\n Additional Information\n \n Provide circulating and scrub support for a variety of ambulatory surgical procedures\n Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible for the local rate\n First-time travelers may be considered for this position\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-744129.
