An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data* *.*Schedule: Swing shift**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance (as allowed by any licensing requirements)* Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests* Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks* Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)* Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls* Comply with all safety procedures* Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs* Other projects and tasks to be assigned**Required Qualifications:*** 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry* Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable* Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs* Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall* Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive* Strong customer service skillsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
