HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:Perform CT simulations for patients that will be starting radiation therapy. Follow a physician's order to complete the simulation as directed.Fabricate immobilization devices for patients that will be used during treatments.Assist physicians/staff during CT procedures.Ensure proper patient care during Simulation procedures.Coordinate with treatment machines/infusion to schedule patients to begin radiation treatments.Patient Care/Procedures:Effectively communicate to patient and family on the procedure and what to expect. Act as a liaison between physicians, physics, dosimetry, therapists, and nursing staff regarding CT simulations.Arrange transportation as needed for CT simulations for inpatientsReports:CT/ManagerSupervises:None

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
