About the Financial Analyst Role


The Financial Analyst will support core financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This Financial Analyst role blends handson accounting responsibilities with analytical insight, making it ideal for someone looking to deepen their financial expertise within a wellstructured organization. The Financial Analyst will work closely with internal partners to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accruals and journal entries to support monthend close
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Track purchase orders (POs) and resolve discrepancies or issues
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders
• Support data accuracy, controls, and financial process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or accounting/finance role
• Strong experience with accruals, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working within financial systems
