Job Description

Show care and concern for residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance. Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements. Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness.

• Provide excellent service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance for residents.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain the building's beauty and community safety through general upkeep and cleanliness.

Essential Skills

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps, and computer programs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• Facilities maintenance and carpentry skills.

Work Environment

Apartment complex. The work schedule is the first shift from 7:00AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
