RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME

Champion Automotive Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Athens, Alabama. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling mail.
• Support dealership staff with various office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time hours, including some evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Flexible scheduling may be available.
