CitySide Roofing is expanding in Jacksonville, and we’re hiring a Construction Manager who knows how to lead from the field, solve problems fast, and build strong relationships with our builder partners.

This role is focused on field leadership and builder communication —you’ll work closely with our Production Manager, who handles all scheduling with builders and crews, so you can focus on quality, progress, and builder relationships. — not scheduling. You’ll be the primary liaison to our production and custom home builders , ensuring smooth coordination, consistent updates, and long-term trust.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for builder superintendents and field teams
• Visit jobsites daily to monitor progress and quality, and conduct routine safety audits to ensure full compliance
• Relay builder requests, jobsite conditions, and issues to the internal team
• Identify and resolve problems quickly to avoid delays or callbacks
• Ensure every project meets CitySide’s standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Maintain clear, consistent communication between the field and office

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager
• Roofing experience OR background with custom or production home builders
• Strong understanding of jobsite protocols, quality expectations, and builder communication
• Able to walk steep-pitch roofs, climb ladders, and work in the field daily
• Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder

Requirements

• 25+ years old (vehicle insurance requirement)
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• OSHA compliance knowledge
• A maniacal sense of urgency and accountability
