REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of carpentry experience 3+ years of maintenance/handyman experience 3+ years of paint and patch experience Preferred qualifications: experience in tile, flooring, and general facility repair is highly valued. DAY‑TO‑DAY In this role, you start your day heading out to assigned job sites. Tasks vary daily: patching and painting sheetrock, installing tile, performing general maintenance repairs, or even tackling welding and fabrication tasks. You work independently, making decisions, solving problems on the spot while ensuring each job meets high standards. When larger projects arise, you collaborate with other skilled trades, contributing your expertise to complete multi‑faceted repairs efficiently. You represent Pacific Facility Solutions with professionalism, delivering excellent customer service and leaving each site better than you found it. WORK SCHEDULE This is a full‑time, Monday through Friday schedule, with morning and evening shifts available, on‑call responsibilities and overtime opportunities available.
