Job Description Enfinity Group is looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant who will support the Legal Department in the Americas by managing daily workflow, coordinating tasks, and keeping track of deadlines and activities. Key Responsibilities Support the Legal Department in carrying out daily activities, scheduling and tracking deadlines and priorities; Liaise with external law firms, notaries and other professional entities to coordinate and manage invoices and P.O.s, monitor workflow and facilitate various project‑related processes such as authorization procedures, legal verification of documents and filing; Draft project‑related reports and slides relevant to legal verification of documents; Help manage and file legal documents, corporate books for various companies of the Group and Virtual Data Room; arrange meetings and coordinate agendas; Interact daily with other teams (Business Development, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) regarding legal aspects or implications of the projects they manage; Draft basic legal templates. Requirements Previous experience managing the invoicing process, corporate bookkeeping, legal documents, and filing documents; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent organization skills; Self‑motivated, multi‑tasking and proactive; Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; Ability to manage P.O.s and invoicing process; Experience using the MS Office suite; Ability to perform basic review of documents; Flexibility and availability to learn new skills.
