Social Media Manager / Content Creator (In-Restaurant Role)- Server?

- Post consistently (35 times per week)
- Respond to comments/messages and engage with followers
- Highlight promotions, events, and daily buffet offerings
You can also work server shifts to earn tips while gaining real experience that helps you create better content. Schedule Requirements
- Must be available some evenings and weekends
- Must work on-site during peak hours for content capture
- Employee (W-2): Hourly + optional serving shifts
- Independent Contractor (1099): Flexible structure (per post, per shift, or monthly)
- Comfortable filming in a busy restaurant environment
- Up-to-date on TikTok / Instagram trends
- Outgoing personality (not afraid to be on camera)
- Consistent, dependable, and self-motivated
- Restaurant experience is a plus
