P/T Accounting Clerk

West Milford, Defunct

The Township of West Milford is seeking a P/T accounting clerk to join the Finance Department. This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable for the Township, including but not limited to monthly bill lists, 1099s, outstanding vendor checks, bank transfers, maintaining the vendor list and monthly billing and reconciliations of Library costs. Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and a team player. Experience with MSI is preferred. Salary range is $36,414 - $43,665 based on a 28 hour week. Benefits include paid time off and enrollment in the State of NJ Deferred Contribution Retirement Plan.
