Check patients in and out.Schedule and confirm patient appointments.Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.Send weekly lab reminders for patients.Obtain vital signs and perform InBody body composition tests.Complete patient intake and update medical information.Obtain informed consent forms for procedures and services (peptides, micro-needling, blood-draw, NAD+, retatrutide).Educate patients on clinic services, memberships, and pricing.Collect and process patient payments.Upload insurance information (if applicable) and explain self-pay options for medication, labs, etc.Assist providers during medical procedures.Administer intramuscular (IM) injections as directed by the provider.Prepare procedure room for pellet insertionsClean and restock examination rooms and treatment areas and assist with inventory management.Coordinate imaging requests as directed by the provider.Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and patient portal messages.Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.Ensure the reception area and clinical spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming.Assist with administrative projects and other duties as assigned.Clean and maintain trocars according to sterilization protocols.Clean, operate, and maintain the autoclave.
