Associate Brand Manager

Overview Supports brand strategy development and execution for assigned brands, products, or platforms. Partners cross-functional to deliver day-to-day brand initiatives that support growth, brand health, and commercial objectives. This role translates brand strategy into effective marketing execution, manages projects, analyzes performance, and builds brand management capability. The Associate Brand Manager operates with guidance and coaching, independently manages defined initiatives, and contributes to brand and business results. What you\'ll do Brand Strategy Support: Support development and execution of brand strategies, positioning, and plans aligned with business objectives. Integrated Marketing Execution: Assist in planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across packaging, digital, content, promotions, and customer marketing. Campaign & Project Management: Lead assigned projects or workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders stay aligned. Licensing: Support brand licensing and co-branding initiatives through coordination, asset development, execution support, and cross-functional collaboration. Digital Execution: Contribute to digital marketing strategies, including content development, digital shelf execution, campaign support, and performance tracking. Trade Management: Support trade management and customer programming through promotional planning, coordination, analysis, and execution support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Design, Insights, Product and Innovation to execute brand and marketing initiatives effectively. Process & Continuous Improvement: Support improvements in tools, processes, and ways of working within the Integrated Marketing team. May be required to perform other job-related tasks. What you need to succeed Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-4 years brand or integrative marketing experience Foundational understanding of brand management and marketing principles Ability to manage multiple priorities with discipline and attention to detail Strong learning agility and curiosity Effective collaboration across functions and with agency partners Results-focused mindset with developing strategic perspective Benefits and eligible programs Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
