About This Opportunity 24-year-old verbal, high-functioning individual who enjoys going to the library, bookstores, antique shops, doing crafts, taking walks, watching old movies, and going to the gym. Looking for a patient, reliable DSP who is comfortable supporting behavioral needs, including OCD, yelling, self-harm, and occasional behaviors that may pose a risk to others. What You’ll Do Provide one-to-one companionship and person-centered support. Help the individual participate in community outings. Support errands, appointments, recreation, volunteering, social opportunities, or other community activities as applicable. Encourage independence, communication, decision-making, self-advocacy, and life skills. Help the individual work toward goals identified in the service plan. Provide reminders, routine support, or light assistance as required by the case. Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. Complete required documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. What We’re Looking For Warm, patient, dependable, and genuinely interested in building a consistent relationship. Able to reliably work the posted schedule. Comfortable supporting an adult one-to-one in home and community settings.

DRIVERS LICENSE/VEHICLE REQUIRED.

DSP, mentoring, education, recreation, human services, or caregiving experience is helpful but may not be required for this assignment. Schedule: Any 3 days a week 11:00AM-2:00PM.
