About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Corporate Operations to lead a transformative agenda within the organization. The successful candidate will be a seasoned operational and business transformation leader, tasked with modernizing systems, processes, and service delivery models to enhance operational resilience and position the company for continued growth. This role demands a change agent with a proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation, IT infrastructure and technology management, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. The VP will be responsible for driving IT modernization, overseeing cybersecurity and business continuity programs, and ensuring compliance with federal information security requirements. Additionally, the role involves indirect cost management, corporate governance, and leadership, with a critical emphasis on government compliance literacy. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of experience, with a preference for those with over 20 years' in corporate operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in business transformation, deep technology and IT modernization experience, and a strong understanding of AI and data analytics. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree being highly desirable. The role also requires a candidate with strong business judgment, the ability to make difficult trade-offs, and a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget. Experience in a research or government contracting environment, particularly with FFRDCs, is a strong plus. The VP will be expected to represent the company effectively with sponsors and in professional forums, and the ability to travel and a U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance are mandatory.
