Exterior Specialist

Residential Exteriors | Leads Provided | $500 Weekly + Profit-Based Commission

Red Carpet Roofing is expanding our sales team and looking for a polished, driven Exterior Specialist to work with homeowners throughout South Jersey.

This is a consultative sales position focused on helping homeowners make smart decisions about their property.

You’ll represent a growing exterior remodeling company and meet with homeowners who are already looking for solutions.

We provide leads.

Your role is to inspect the property, understand the homeowner’s goals, present the right solution, and guide them through the buying process from initial consultation through signed agreement.

Compensation

• $500 weekly pay
• Profit-based commission
• Uncapped earning potential
• Higher production creates higher earning opportunity

Our compensation rewards profitable sales, not simply volume.

We are looking for someone who understands how to sell value, protect margin, and create a strong customer experience.

What You’ll Represent

Our Exterior Specialists consult homeowners on projects including:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Gutters
• Windows
• Exterior repairs
• Exterior improvement projects

You will be backed by an experienced production team so you can stay focused on the customer, the presentation, and the sale.

What the Role Looks Like

You will:

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Inspect exterior systems
• Identify concerns and opportunities
• Present professional recommendations
• Build and present proposals
• Explain options clearly
• Follow up with open opportunities
• Close business
• Maintain a professional sales pipeline

This is not a position for someone who wants to simply run appointments and hope for the best.

We want someone who knows how to manage a homeowner relationship and move a sale forward.
