Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and interventions in compliance with all ethical and legal requirements.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance client understanding and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
