Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol — Marcus Hook, PA As a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in Marcus Hook, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $20.86 / Hour Job Schedule Thur: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles in accordance with site protocols for a chemical and petrochemical environment. Complete required reports and document observations, incidents, and/or policy violations accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
