Apply today to become part of the Universal team!The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, and overall appearance of the corporate office building. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks.**Key Responsibilities:*** Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and public spaces.* Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with building policies.* Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products.* Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.* Respond promptly to cleaning and maintenance requests from staff or management.* Ensure floors, entryways, and high-traffic areas are kept safe.**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an office or commercial building setting preferred.* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.* Ability to lift to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.**Work Schedule:**Full-time Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm**Pay Rate:** $20.00/hr.**Location:** 12755 E 9 Mile Rd.
