Tool & Die Specialist

Job Requirements and Responsibilities Must be 18 years of age and able to repeatedly lift 5-15 pounds. Requires a 2-year Associate Degree or 5 years of on-the-job experience. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week plus 5 hours of overtime. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and Aflac coverage after 90 days. Primary duties involve operating machinery such as mills, lathes, CNC, EDM, and surface grinders. Additional duties may include light housekeeping and secondary processes for part assembly. Shift: 1st shift from 5:45 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 5:45 AM to 11:45 AM on Friday.
