We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our portfolio of automotive, retail, and hospitality brands through social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, and marketing coordination.
What You'll Do
Social Media Management

• Manage two assigned portfolio brands as the primary content creator and social media coordinator.
• Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy for daily and weekly social media posts.
• Create and maintain content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.

• Own Google Business Profile content for assigned brands.
• Keep business information accurate and up to date.
• Upload photos, post updates, and promote events and special offers.
• Monitor local search performance, including website clicks, calls, and direction requests.
• Support efforts to improve local search visibility.

• Participate in campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Assist with seasonal promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing asset rollouts and ensure campaigns are launch-ready.
• Provide administrative support to help the marketing team stay organized and meet deadlines across 12 portfolio brands.

• 1-3 years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Interest in local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
