Leasing Agent

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent for a well-established property management organization in Moreno Valley, CA.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working with residents, managing leasing activities, and ensuring an exceptional living experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Prepare and maintain leasing documentation and resident files.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support occupancy goals and resident retention efforts.

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, property management, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation:

• $24.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
• Full-time schedule
