About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's growth and compliance with U.S. defense industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, HR operations, compliance, culture, and leadership development. This role requires a senior HR executive with extensive experience in the U.S. defense, aerospace, or federal contracting industry, particularly in compliance-driven environments. The VPHR will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring that the HR agenda aligns with the company's mission and values. Key responsibilities for the VPHR include overseeing strategic talent acquisition, designing competitive compensation frameworks, and leading HR operations to ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and federal contracting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling HR infrastructure, operating within FOCI-mitigation structures, and fostering a high-performance, mission-driven environment. They must possess strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, and be capable of partnering effectively with both U.S. and global teams. A high-integrity leadership style, the ability to manage sensitive information boundaries, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are essential. The role also involves guiding organizational development, change management, and partnering with HR teams across the company's global network.
