Location Salisbury, NC 28147 Job Title Quick Lube Technician Job Summary The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes and fluid checks, on customer vehicles in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements following company standards. Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to customers. Greet customers and explain services performed. Provide recommendations for additional maintenance or repairs as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment. Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any issues. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Handle hazardous materials, such as used oil and filters, in accordance with regulations. Work efficiently with team members to ensure timely service delivery. Previous experience in an automotive service or quick lube environment preferred. Familiarity with automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
