Inventory Specialist II

Responsibilities
- Use RF scanners and mobile app for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, and order entry
- Receive, inspect, and scan shipments; maintain accurate inventory records
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone; collaborate with internal teams
- Monitor stock levels proactively and flag operational gaps or issues
- Uphold safety, organization, and GMP standards in all work areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years warehouse, retail stocking, or inventory control experience
- Proficiency with RF handheld scanners and mobile scanning applications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, especially email
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and collaborative work approach
