Physician - Anesthesiology Syracuse

St. Joseph's Health, Syracuse, NY is seeking to Anesthesiologists to join our robust team of highly experienced providers.


Job Description:
Full-time, 2100 hours annually
This position requires coverage in the hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center.
Supervision of CRNAs
Vascular, orthopedics, spine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, and cardiac cases
Minimal pediatrics, mostly at ASC - Adult, Geriatric, and 16+
Scrub techs, RN circulators, Anesthesia techs on site
15 Main ORs, 4 ASC
Trauma Level 2

Board Certified in Anesthesiology - REQUIRED
Board Eligible (with plans to test) or Board Certified in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine - REQUIRED
Board Eligible (with plans to test) or Board Certified in Cardiac Anesthesiology (additional ***K stipend available) - PREFERRED
NY license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
DEA Verbal Confirmation (by time of start) - REQUIRED
COVID-vaccinated - REQUIRED
