Digital Experience & Innovation Strategist Leads and manages the strategy, design, and optimization of employee experiences across intranet, digital channels, and emerging conversational experiences. Analyzes data and applies human-centered design, design thinking, service design, and employee insights to identify opportunities, shape future-state concepts, and create intuitive, engaging experiences. Develop journey maps, experience architectures, prototypes, and innovative solutions that simplify complex employee needs and drive meaningful engagement and business impact. Needs to be hands‑on, able to develop and manage timelines, and be detail-oriented. Key Focus Areas Digital and conversational experience strategy Experience architecture and journey design Human-centered design and employee insights Service design and experience innovation Concept development and rapid prototyping Emerging technologies and AI-enabled experiences Experience optimization and continuous improvement We need someone with large agency or large enterprise experience who understands high‑quality strategy and writing.
