This role includes store operations, sales, marketing collaboration, and community engagement to grow our customer base and achieve daily sales goals. Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community events. Contact current customers by phone to present additional sales opportunities. Maintain continuous and up‑to‑date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities. Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties. Develop and monitor action plans to accomplish daily/monthly sales goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base. Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel. Good affinity for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs.
