Emergency Room Nurse

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting. Collaborate with medical teams to deliver timely interventions and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions quickly and efficiently upon arrival.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for emergency patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in applicable state.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in emergency or acute care.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
