If you\'re looking for a place where your skills make a real difference, we\'re hiring Company Benefits Medical, Dental Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401K with Company Match Continuous Training Essential Duties and Responsibilities Dispatch and schedule technicians across multiple service calls Communicate with customers - updates, ETAs, and problem-solving Prioritize emergency vs. routine service calls Coordinate with field techs, managers, and operations Manage work orders, service tickets, and system updates Keep jobs moving - delays are NOT your thing Handle inbound calls with professionalism and urgency Be the calm in the chaos when things get busy On-call weekend rotation Ensure monthly maintenance are completed on-time with a prioritization on "critical" accounts Skills 3-4+ years in: Dispatching Logistics HVAC / plumbing / mechanical industry Strong multitasking and organization skills Ability to think fast and solve problems on the fly Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication (you\'ll talk to everyone - customers to techs) Tech-savvy (dispatch software, scheduling systems, etc.) Note: Nothing in this job description restricts management\'s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
